I’ve never been a huge fan of the bow tie, or rather of the clip-on variety. Why not just learn how to tie one yourself? So earlier this year, I bit the bullet and attended my brother’s wedding in Canada determined to bare the bow. After countless hours of watching YouTube videos, I finally (almost) nailed it and I cannot express enough the satisfaction I got from it. The fact that it wasn’t perfect added that little bit of character and made it one of a kind, as the gents above demonstrate beautifully.
