SHADY MEN IN THIS TOWN

While we’re well into summer here in Australia, I’m proud to be collaborating with Pretty Shady, an Australian movement whose aim is to stop skin cancer, one summer at a time.

Over the last couple of months, the weekly galleries have been looking back in the archives, highlighting sun smart street style. This week, we’re looking at layers. With the introduction of lighter, sheer fabrics in menswear, our garments might not being doing their job at protecting us from UVA and UVB radiation. Besides using sunscreen on exposed skin, try wearing layers when sporting thinner fabrics to stay protected.
