In the start of a new series of profiles, I met with graphic designer and restauranteur Mark Soetantyoat his home in Surry Hills, Sydney. Moving from the lively streets of Jakarta, to the relaxed beach vibe of the Australian coast, Mark has found the contrast a great influence on both his life and style.
