Breeches have not been seen much lately except on horsemen. The present tendency towards narrow fitting trousers has, however, brought men’s calves into the fashion picture. I foresee therefore a possibility of a return in interest to thigh fitting breeches worn with stockings. The silhouette thus achieved would be quite in keeping with today;s trends and would be equally youthful.
